Characteristics:
1. Mixer use double twin shaft forced type, mixing arm is under a special law of distribution, it make material powerful flip while in the mixer, still forward movement to achieve the objective of continuous stirring production.
It is not using liner, the principle is covered with a certain thickness cushion instead of liner to reduce blade wear, scratches and other fault, it can not plugging and stopping, also lift the trouble of replacing liner frequent.
For cleaning or maintenance, we set two discharge gate in the bottom of the mixer.
2. Water supplying system consists of target flow meter and electric actuator combination of the remote control system. In the operation room, it can directly touch the button on the control panel to set and adjust the water flow, the control system is high accuracy and fast response.
3. Cement supplying system: It consists of screw conveyor, hopper, feeding screw conveyor.
It control by Electromagnetic motor that can precise control and feed evenly. Hopper use triangular brackets to connect with host that can be strong and stable. Other end use two special struts support that can be convenient and quick assembly and disassembly.
4. Centralized electrical control system, it can control aggregate and powder feeding evening and accuracy by electromagnetic motor. This control system can set production, mixing, mixture ratio, proportion coefficient and so on, it can be proportion of accurate, reliable and simple operation. It can be manual and automatic control. The control system have abnormal status automatic alarm and emergency stop function. Electrical components: Schneider, chint, omron.
After mixing the finished concrete falls directly to the large angle slot belt conveyor, then they conveyor to storage hopper. It can save conveyor length, so the structure is compacted, the finished storage hopper gate control by cylinder, it is easy and quick opening.
